How to deal with people around the world

There is an old proverb Nepal:
"Very close to the land of the blind eyes, in the land of the lame man with a limp."

The equivalent English proverb says: If you are in Rome as Rome does.

This article was written for different groups of readers. Busy executives and officials with the limited time to prepare the visit of foreign countries. For tourists and students to help them better understand the customs and lifestyles of peopleAbroad. Thirdly, to support those who direct or indirect contact with other countries, including those for hosting foreign visitors, product design for export and is responsible for the marketing of products and services in foreign markets.

There are still many people that their good education is educated at home thinking to be understood universally. In our country we know the language, rules of conduct and social practices, but only once abroad, we are immediately confrontedwith unfamiliar situations. Even a foreign language to talk about a united country with much goodwill alone does not ensure a successful relationship.

People from other countries often have very different cultural background. Even ordinary shares such as voice mail and talk on the phone to accept an appointment, people, gestures, or standing nearby when a conversation can be misunderstood and people from other countries, both. Managers shouldaware that they may, for example, their leadership style inadequate in another country, as to excite not only a negative effect, but also inspiration to be taken into account.

In an interview, or meeting we can see that things are not good, that does not seem to understand our message and that there had been a misunderstanding, but we can not understand why. During a discussion that we believe that our assumptions are confirmed, or simply that we have received feedback that weanticipate. This could be due to cultural factors unknown to us. This is also the time to pause, as a style or a different approach may be required.

Gestures of friendship can be misunderstood. We can touch, if not touch. Even those that seem to us like a typical gesture, as our head nodded affirmatively show or shaking his head in a negative reaction that may be misinterpreted in other countries. We are able to communicate the offer of gifts and joy, butbe perceived by the receiver associated with mourning.

The contact other way to work, communicate, negotiate to come to eat drink choices, and make friendships and other countries are often very different from those with which we are familiar. Although our stay is short, so our actions and reactions, and vice versa, lead to mild embarrassment to one or both parties. It can also lead to failure of a mission, and losing business and even canceled contracts.

To be ablesuccessful communication with a person of another country or another culture, it is important to develop and in particular those antennae that detects the command of sound and image focus.

Some time ago, invited me to a university in a speech after dinner, which was discussed that could happen in a carefree, with the type of traps meeting leaders when visiting a foreign country. At that time I had visited some 80 countries, and I described my experience andone of many faux pas I had committed. I told them that during a lecture at an institute in a country in West Africa, I spoke about the nature of culture and suggested that be compared to an iceberg. I continued to say that most people only a small visible part of the culture. The visible part of which are almost always deliberately included – food, clothing, arts, literature, games, food, dance and folk music. The invisible part, most of whichPeople are not aware included – the behavior of the eyes, body language, roles on the status of age, gender and class, report templates superior / subordinate relationship to animals, and many, many others. I suggested that the type of culture is like an iceberg, only a tenth of the visible and more or 10:09 from view beneath the surface. I showed the photo of an iceberg. I then noticed that the message was to go and make mistakes. I had lost my audience. It was soon clear that the cause of the iceberg was for me. In West Africa, people are not aware of the iceberg. If you want to show That a very small part of something visible and invisible most cases, is to use a concept near and familiar, in this case – a hippopotamus. One of a hippopotamus in water shows that present only part of his skull, eyes, ears and nostrils are visible, while most of his body is submerged under water.

Since then I have a lot of traveling, reading travel guides andTextbooks in the field of intercultural relations and discussed my experiences with many colleagues and businessmen, officials and tourists, often waiting in airport lounges and on long haul flights. This exchange specified, although it has published a wealth of information, it is generally not available in a practical and easy to read format, and this led me to a book on this topic to write.

Although it is not easy and probably not practical to learn the languageeach country could attend one, never-the-less you can always learn to say "thanks" in other languages. The ability to simply say thank you "you" will always be, you are in good stead.

Experts suggest that travelers success factors intercultural relations tolerance, flexibility and cooperation. In this context, I sometimes asked if there is only one piece of advice, what can you do if you think you've donesecondary or even a monumental error. My suggestion is to smile, sweet, not to leave, but to develop this smile into a grin idiot. It may be a simple answer, but I took many a tight corner.

Defined Demons – evil beings in history and literature

A daemon is generally regarded as a metaphysical or mystical understanding usually labeled by their evil nature or origin. While the demons well refers occasionally found in literary works by authors such as Shakespeare and Hesiod, usually a malignant demon, as "enemy action" in most novels.

The most famous demons are angels in Christian literature, which have fallen, to be understood. This was said was also hisAngels in heaven, but with Lucifer when he rebelled. As the rebellion against Lucifer and all his countrymen from heaven to hell, where demons lay.

The objective of the demons of hell, as explained in literary works such as Milton "Paradise Lost" is in principle bring difficulties for the earth, sky, and the world in order to undermine the order of the universe. In Revelation and other biblical prophecies, the demons are expected to fail in this endeavorthe end of time if they are completely destroyed.

Philosophically speaking, a daemon is actually a consequence of the idea of angels. In general, religious people, and metaphysical beliefs include the ideas of unity, which reconciles the bright side by side as strong as negative. Often the balance of power to some extent, the good guys are on the spit, but the demon is what allowed the good side of reason to exist.

The reason you need both sides of the conflict isthat life itself is full of good and evil. Describing a world full of angels, no demons, no sense, because things are so bad and evil, all the time. E 'in the balance sheet, the story is plausible.

female figure, for centuries the center of attention in the works of artists and writers, which said the company, the collective psyche, and behavioral changes through the evaluation phase. First sub-continent and then into Pakistan, because of the great influence of Hindu mythology, women are either goddesses or witches have proved in their relationship with the class, they remained on

Pakistan, art and literature as a woman shown inicon tragic. In 1947, while the cruel process of genocide, have become targets of violence, all this has changed the concept of personality, and during any free movement, they had to bear all the consequences.

In art, Ustad Allah Baksh in his painting as a talisman metaphysical and mystical-and-women Hoshruba supernatural portrayed as angels, fairies or witches. Then under the influence of joint movement and literature, realism and romanticism, expressionism,Impressionism, Symbolism, Cubism, and humanism, the woman became the symbol of glamor and sensuality. Ali Shakir abstract approach to nature and beauty of its treatment of the female figure has a simple but very thin, evident both in terms of design and inner meanings. The sharp edges of his brush has balance and beauty of form, influenced by bias, heard and absorbed. As you explore this fascinating Sadeqain poster for his "pen n 'ink technology'during the presentation file with all the important details, even less beautiful or not beautiful parts of the female figure, but it is difficult for each character of the design which, in contrast to the paintings and drawings based Sadeqain male figure to be found.

Later, she described Iqbal Hussain, sits in an attitude of elegance, romance and seduction. In the work of Saeed Akhtar find a woman elegant and snobbish. Rahat presented them with a soft touch of innocence. Collin David, JamilNaqsh the secular tradition in the arts "Nudes", which was a company open to participation, focused stage in society like Pakistan, which was not acceptable. Collin David explores the female figure as a symbol of beauty and present the woman as a woman "is ambiguous, with all its subtleties and femininity, while Naqsh was a bit 'in its approach, has a vague term, was given its clearest expression UN more sensual.

On the other hand, Saadat Hasan Manto, immediately after the partition, AsmatChugtai, Bano and qudsi Qurat-ul-Ain Haider, has presented her as a victim of sexual assault and violence. In the work Bano qudsi find the struggle of a woman and internal conflicts, as surviving in the social configuration. Hajra Masroor and Khadija Mastoor highlighted the problems of middle-class woman, injustice and inequality faced by women in front of ordinary prejudice to their rights. various nuances of their personalities promoted by the "stream of consciousness technique Qurat_ul_Ain Haider. InThe work of the above writers and artists, we are familiar with the emotional and sentimental image of the traditional woman's figure, his confrontation with society, changes in behavior due to the uneven socio-economic conditions.

Parveen Shakir's poetry we find a thin image of women with all women's emotions and quality. All these artists and writers trying to lay the foundation and give direction to their successors. Female figure, a strong character in different ways,in a society gives rise to new dimensions in art and literature.

I want the hidden realities and socio-economic, emotional and psychological facts, writers and painters to capture caused feminist values disclosed.

In our society women's role is vital in all cultural and social activities, none of our ritual is complete without a female folk songs sung and played by women, and proposed to her dance expression.

The smallinnocent daughter or sister is the epitome of affection, love and care, while young girls in our society is to remain humble and generous in all media, is the center of attention of their parents and this concern in our society causes of many traditional themes of our art and literature. young female body in detail in our mystical poetry as Waris Shah, described as a piece of narrative poetry (Army) did. While painters and sculptorsfound the female form and contours to understand the universal phenomena and the true sense of beauty, apart from the external value of the feelings of a woman with a question mark in our society to feel more attractive to watch and comment, so, the external form, as a number and the intrinsic quality as a character has always inspired artists and writers reflect on women, even more than necessary.

The business of marriage and finally a woman on it, as theyis the center of attraction in this festival, while the bridegroom is a quiet personality, just idle in all activities, mother, sisters and later his wife, sisters and friends in all the rituals related to marriage on. Ceremony Since most wanted and expected in our popular culture, and the platform for women folk their artistic skills, is a source of information on cultural marriage of women.

The same isHomes in mourning in our society men are responsible to venture only for the dead body, according to Burry, while the female characters as a mother, sister, daughter and wife of the main characters, the element of suffering and pain by one, encouraged be open and honest expression of mourning. In our method is not very clear, but the pain and suffering has been painting portraits of women by the circumstances, without any details of the grief literature has its starting point veryTracks (MARS) on women to vote. The pain of the deceased beloved son, brother or husband is always in the literature shown emotion through expression and women. In addition, all rituals were also directly affect female deaths in our society as the widow has to go through (Iddat) after her husband's death to avoid clothing used with reference to the ancient Hindu tradition that our society has strongly.

My proposal is crucial socialeconomic, cultural and ritualistic reasons, our female character and the character to make evident and their influence on our society. This research discuss and disclose the restrictions and barriers in this common practice in society, but broke with the art and literature in relation to women. The research is a long way in the roots of our concepts, to be circumcised by religion, ethics, myths, media and education through an evaluation process and the profaneWe shape the twenty-first century. It will also analyze our situation in the modern multi-cultural or global cultural.

Black education – is it necessary? Part 2

Image : http://www.flickr.com

What does education blacks have to do with the timing for the revival of Western Europe? Part 1 of this article, which Western scholars, in the period before Copernicus believed the sun revolved around the earth. This may be a possible analogy to what has westernized black scholars like many educated blacks Western Research would seem at face value, no doubt happened.

A West African proverb says, until the lions have theirhistorians, tales of the hunt shall always glorify the hunter. As the descendants of African slaves, do we not have the responsibility to question the very foundation and standards of Western education? Don’t worry about answering that question. My job is merely to introduce a perspective you may not have considered before. Reflect on what follows.

In 1492, the Europeans kicked out the African Moors from Europe, driving them back into Africa. For more than 700 years, the Moors had brought in Europe an immense amount of knowledge from Africa, including science, math, art, literature, languages, etc. Most of the history books today as the Western interpretation and not only Arabs identify the Moors. Please note that this is similar to occur, the founders of Blues, Jazz, Gospel, Rock & Roll, R & B, country and even the music of Americans.

The eminent African American scholar, Dr. John Henrik Clarke, said that African history is "the first oldEurope was born. "Please keep the dates in mind.

has the European Renaissance, as in 14 was the century (early 1300) designed and maintained until 16 Century (1500). The last of Africans from Europe in 1492 at the end of the 15th Century cast. It was the 16th Century European Renaissance that has seen its dramatic growth. It was time evacuation in Africa from Europe and the explosion of the knowledge society for a single EuropeanCoincidence?

What would it mean for education black today, black if scientists discovered that the theories of Copernicus in 1514 were novel and the other "intellectual giant" in the European Renaissance simply the result of Europeans in the end, with full access to the knowledge of ancient 'Africa left behind the African Muslim? Would not it also possible to do such a thing occurred worthy of study by scholars of African-American?

We will never know quite how much of thisKnowing the Africans left behind, but we know what it is that Europeans, for an important reason to write, he began his story by the contributions of Africans in the world. to discover through the systematic contributions made by African and European contributions exciting as the first, how the universe works, the Europeans have succeeded in an argument that continues to this day, our strength, as descendants of Africa, set to We always like to see play reachthem.

With the lack of knowledge of what our ancestors, we can say that our knowledge can be today as ineffective, as taught to us that the sun revolves around the earth. What kind of devastation has led this time the black line on the psyche, especially when we walk into this equation that many of us consider de-Africanized, European and American education is the best way to exit the legacy of slavery and segregation recover? Very confused, it is not, but this is notThis is why we need to study black education?

Michelangelo's masterpiece – the Sistine Chapel in Rome

The word "Italy is synonymous with the word Renaissance, and if we think of the Renaissance, one thinks immediately, art, literature and culture, particularly Michelangelo. Michelangelo is synonymous with Rome, the place of European culture, was considered as a center and art. Across the art galleries and churches and basilicas in Rome to offer, staying in a Rome apartment in the heart ofCity.

Michelangelo created some of the fantastic art in Italy have come out. A sculptor and painter, he devoted himself in the churches and basilicas in Rome for work. Last and most famous works of Michelangelo, the fresco of the Last Judgement painted by Michelangelo on the altar wall of the Sistine Chapel by Pope Clement VII, who died shortly after the naming of the Commission. Paul III was seen, instrumental, Michelangelostarted and finished the project that has worked since 1534 in October with more than 1541 today, the Chapel welcomes millions of visitors each year who come to admire this incredible painting, Michelangelo took years to complete.

Michelangelo was an artistic genius. He saw art as an inspiration and inner culture. In contradiction with the ideas of his rival, Leonardo da Vinci, saw nature as an enemy that had to overcome. The figures, which createdare powerful and dynamic, each in its separate place from the outside world. For Michelangelo, the task of the sculptor, shapes that had been locked in the stone free. He believed that every stone has a carving in it, and that work as a sculptor was just a matter of chipping away everything that is not a part of the statue.

The work was built on a grand scale, and covers the entire wall behind the altar of the Sistine Chapel. The Day of Judgement is a depiction ofSecond coming of Christ and the Apocalypse. The souls of the people to rise up and to assess their fate as Christ and his holy entourage. The wall on which is painted the Last Judgement lies just over the viewer as it rises, is something terrible and to instill piety and respect for the power of God in contrast with the other frescoes in the chapel, very muscular and figures seem a bit 'tortured, even the Virgin Mary seems to be in the middle of front squatsGod 'difficult to enter the chapel and you have there very early in the morning. Fortunately, there are many apartments in Rome and Hotels in Rome by the Vatican.

Fundamental to Michelangelo's art is put on his love of male beauty, both aesthetically and emotionally. These feelings made him great anxiety, and expressed the struggle between his desires with his sculptures, drawings, and his poetry, among other achievements of Michelangelowas also a great Italian poets of the 16th Century.
